We began with a conversation, discussing the goals, vision, and mission to start a business, and our journey officially started. After our market research, I connected with an Amazon marketing head from Houston, Texas, and we discussed the idea of registering with Amazon. However, due to Amazon’s rules, I advised starting our own company named BENAZIR COUTURE. The registration process was completed in the USA within 45 days, and we sent our first consignment containing prayer mats, Tasbih, hijabs, and a custom-stitched suit by our designer. After the products were approved, our client decided to launch a website for BENAZIR COUTURE, which took 25 days to build. The client then chose to pursue custom wedding stitching, and we selected quality fabrics for both men’s and women’s wear. The designs were finalized, stitched, and followed by a photoshoot, which turned out amazing. After gathering product details, I created an Excel sheet for our technical team to update the website with prices, descriptions, and images. The launch video was also uploaded to YouTube. As orders flowed in, we began SEO, which showed positive results over five months, improving customer engagement and reviews. During Ramadan, we expanded into thobes, importing from Saudi Arabia and producing custom orders. The business continues to thrive, with orders for chiffon scarves, custom abayas, and more, all moving forward with grace and success.
